Court was today. The Grandparents and the birthmom(who wore a man's pinstriped suit) were surprised and annoyed that Matt was there. Basically, they gave the grandparents the baby on weekends (Friday evening to Sunday). They get her every weekend until December 23 (the next court date). Then they plan to take her for good on that date. I am speechless. They want the baby to get used to being at their house which is the reason for the new visiting schedule.
Matt told them that they couldn't have her tonight but we changed our minds. I have to sing at Reese Kostjuk's funeral and I don't want to have to give her away for the first time and then stand up and sing a song for the funeral. I just think that it would be too hard. Please pray about that. I am not sure how to pray about this....I am really at a loss. Gosh, I am so glad that I believe in a sovereign Lord. I know that he has a plan for us in all this.

I love you and am praying....ALL THINGS are possible with Christ!
He loves you so much - it's still not over, He can do everything and anything, we will keep praying!!! We believe You Lord for this child!
Praying for you guys. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding!" "And we know that in ALL things God works for the GOOD of those who love Him..."
We're sorry to hear the news...We'll keep praying for you.
We will be praying. We love you guys.
I'm so sorry guys - praying for you. It's not yet over and remember - every day with you in your sweet and precious home is so good for her. We love you guys. Tracy & Robert
Nothing has changed. The Lord still reigns and we are all in His hands. He has given you this child to invest in... His child. As long as you are stewards, you know what you get to do... love on her. The judge, social workers, and family may all have their ideas as to what will happen, but in the meantime you are continuing to invest in her.
As to Christmas, I know that this comment would not be popular around here, but your family needs you now. The Lord knows what were were planning... so we can leave it all in His hands.
We love you and are praying for you and your ministry of love tomorrow.
Kelli... i'm so proud of how you are handling this situation, the Lord will bless you. You did such a great job singing today also, in spite of what is going on in your own life!
Kelli, I am SO sorry. Praise God your hope is in Christ alone, and in that hope you can lay all of your burdens at His feet. I will continue to pray for you and your family. God is at work!
