Yummy Weight Watchers Jalapeno Guacamole

This recipe is not as hot as you think. It was really yummy! Matt loved it. Only 1 point for 1/4 cup! Don't forget to count your chips or veggies!

3 large, ripe avocados, peeled and seeded
3/4 cup chopped tomato (about 1 small)
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 large garlic cloves, pressed
1 jalapeno pepper, minced (to lessen heat, don't add seeds)
1/4 teaspoon salt

1. Mash avocado in a large bowl, add tomato and remaining ingredients, stir gently. Serve immediately or press plastic wrap onto surface of guacamole and chill up to an hour before serving. Yields 11 servings.
